Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. As a relationship manager with TD Commercial Banking, he was responsible for facilitating the bank financing needs for a portfolio of clients as varied as mining companies, real estate agencies, professional services firms, manufacturers, and non-profit organizations. And as a senior consultant with Advance Planning/MS&L, he led media relations campaigns for clients such as Procter & Gamble, Woodbine Entertainment, Sunkist Growers and Hasbro Toys. Michael started his career in fundraising at Crescent School in Toronto, where he was responsible for developing and implementing an alumni giving program and ongoing alumni relations activities. Michael received his Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1999.
